International Design Terms and Conditions set the rules and conditions for using international-design.org. Using International Design means agreeing to the rules below, so please read every section carefully before you continue. Please be aware that these terms cover the use of our website, while separate terms may apply during newsletter subscription or sign-up, and distinct terms apply if you decide to submit a design to us.

1. Your Acceptance of the Terms and Conditions

International Design Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of International Design, available at https://international-design.org, and of all pages, features, tools and content of international-design.org. By accessing or using International Design, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by International Design Terms and Conditions, the International Design Privacy Policy and the International Design Cookies Policy. Please continue to use International Design only if you agree. The publisher of International Design is identified in the International Design Impressum.

2. Content Is for Entertainment and Information Only

International Design publishes features about interior and real estate and more. Everything published on International Design, including articles, descriptions, images, rankings, daily features, quotes, links and advertisements, is provided for entertainment, educational and general information purposes only. For professional, legal, financial, purchasing, investment, design, architectural, engineering or construction advice, please consult a qualified and licensed professional, because content on International Design is general information and carries no offer, endorsement, recommendation or guarantee of any product, service, person or company. International Design is an editorial publication, so to purchase featured interior and real estate designs, products or projects, please contact the respective designers, brands or rights holders. You alone are responsible for any decision or action you take on the basis of content published on International Design.

3. Provided As Is, Where Is and As Available

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law and regulations, International Design and all content published on international-design.org are provided on an AS IS, WHERE IS and AS AVAILABLE basis, with all faults, and without warranties or representations of any kind, whether express, implied or statutory, including, without any limitation, any warranty of accuracy, completeness, timeliness, reliability, availability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement, and any warranty that international-design.org will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free or free of viruses or other harmful components. International Design does not warrant the accuracy or completeness of information supplied by designers, brands, advertisers or other third parties.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law and regulations, International Design, the publisher of International Design and the owners, operators, editors, contributors, licensors, partners, sponsors, advertisers, affiliates and service providers of International Design shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, business, data, goodwill, reputation or opportunity, arising out of or in connection with the use of, or the inability to use, International Design, or reliance on any content published on international-design.org, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Nothing in International Design Terms and Conditions excludes or limits any form of liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

5. Full Indemnity

You agree to fully indemnify, defend and hold harmless International Design, the publisher of International Design and the owners, operators, editors, contributors, licensors, partners, sponsors, advertisers, affiliates and service providers of International Design from and against any and all claims, demands, actions, liabilities, damages, losses, judgments, settlements, costs and expenses, including reasonable legal and attorney fees, arising out of or related to (a) your use or misuse of International Design, (b) your breach of International Design Terms and Conditions, (c) your violation of any law or of any right of a third party, including intellectual property and privacy rights, and (d) any information you provide through International Design or to the third-party services reached through International Design. The obligation to indemnify survives any end, suspension or termination of your use of International Design.

6. Intellectual Property

Featured works. The interior and real estate designs, products, projects, photographs, renderings, descriptions, names, logos and trademarks featured on International Design belong to the original creators, designers, brands and license holders of each work, who keep all rights to their intellectual properties and related rights. Each work is shown on International Design for editorial purposes, and the presentation of a work on International Design leaves every single right with the respective owners.

Original materials of International Design. Except for third-party works, the original texts, the selection and arrangement of content and the layout of International Design are protected by copyright and are © 2008 – 2026 International Design. You are welcome to read International Design and to share links to pages of international-design.org for personal, non-commercial and lawful purposes. Please obtain prior and explicit written permission from the publisher of International Design, and from the relevant rights holders for featured works, before copying, reproducing, scraping, harvesting, mirroring, framing, republishing, selling or otherwise exploiting content of international-design.org, except where the law expressly allows.

Notice to rights holders. If you are a creator or rights holder and believe that a feature on International Design infringes an intellectual property right, or gives incorrect credit, you can send a written notice through the International Design Contact page, indicating the address of the page, identifying the work and your rights in the work, and providing a way to reach you. International Design reviews every notice promptly and, where appropriate, corrects or removes the content.

7. Third-Party Websites, Services and Advertising

International Design contains links to, and content from, third parties, including the A' Design Award & Competition, Designers.org, the Design Encyclopedia and other partner and affiliated websites. Third-party websites are operated independently of International Design, so their content, availability, terms and privacy practices remain the responsibility of the respective third party. You access third-party websites at your own risk and discretion and subject to the terms of the respective third party.

Advertising shown on International Design is delivered by Massive Outreach Ads Network, the privacy-first advertising solution provider of International Design. Advertisements are supplied by third parties, and each advertised product, service or advertiser remains solely the responsibility of the respective advertiser. Any dealings between you and an advertiser are solely between you and that advertiser.

8. Forms and Forwarding to Third-Party Services

Some features of International Design, such as the International Design Submit Design page, the International Design Newsletter page and the International Design Encyclopedia page, work in two steps. You provide a few details on international-design.org and may then be forwarded to a partner service that carries out the actual service. The partner service, and not International Design, is responsible for processing your information and for everything that happens after the forwarding, under the terms and the privacy policy of that service. You also agree to provide accurate information and to enter only information that belongs to you or that you are authorized to share.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree to use International Design for lawful purposes, to access international-design.org through ordinary browsing and search engine indexing rather than through robots, crawlers, scrapers or other automated means, to respect the security and availability of international-design.org, its servers and its networks, to provide truthful information through the forms of International Design, and to keep every credit, copyright, trademark and other notice intact.

10. Availability and Changes

The publisher of International Design may change, suspend or discontinue International Design, or any content or feature of International Design, at any time and without notice or liability. International Design Terms and Conditions may also be updated from time to time, and the date shown at the bottom of this page indicates the latest revision. Your continued use of International Design after a revision means that you accept the revised International Design Terms and Conditions.

11. Governing Law

International Design Terms and Conditions, and any dispute arising out of or in connection with International Design, are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction of the publisher of International Design identified in the International Design Impressum, without regard to conflict of law principles, and the competent courts of that jurisdiction have jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence provide otherwise.

12. General Provisions

If any provision of International Design Terms and Conditions is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect. Any delay in enforcing any right or provision is not a waiver of that right or provision. International Design Terms and Conditions, together with the International Design Privacy Policy and the International Design Cookies Policy, form the entire agreement regarding the use of International Design.
