River One

River One is a residential complex located in Chongqing, China, between the Jialing River and Zhaomu Mountain Park. The orientation and height of every building follow the local terrain, so each apartment has an open view of the landscape. A waterfall in the central courtyard and other landscape elements also address the level changes of the site.
