Mumi Cafe
Mumi Cafe is a Korean-style cafe interior in Taipei, Taiwan, covering 200 square meters. White is the main tone, applied in a simple country style within an older apartment building. The entrance has a large glass window set in an arched frame. Inside, a light brown carpet, a long wood bench, rounded arches, a fireplace and a window seat shape the seating area. Ceiling lamps and rattan chairs add a retro atmosphere. The stair handrail is covered with glass for safety. The door is made of wood and cement board with waterproof and anti-ultraviolet coatings to resist the humid climate.
Mumi Cafe Interior Design by Ming Ju Hsieh was highlighted as a creative example of architectural design by the A' Design Award.
