Cohesion
Cohesion is a residential interior design created for a family with young children. Dark and reserved colors, a deep wood pattern floor and soft lighting form a calm and elegant atmosphere. The wall of the study room was removed and replaced with an L shaped glass partition, which connects the living room and the dining room and lets light and views pass through. Mirrors on the wall extend the view near the corner dining table. Storage is integrated into the wall design, and non toxic building materials were selected.
Cohesion Residential House by Ching Jiun Yu has been recognized as an outstanding representation of architectural design by the A' Design Award & Competition. Cohesion Residential House earned the Iron A' Design Award in Interior Space and Exhibition Design in 2020. The A' Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design Award is an international, meritocratic, just and fair design accolade which rewards excellent design of residential interiors, restaurants, hotels, offices, galleries, retail stores, showrooms, exhibition spaces and more.
