Sino Ocean Landscape
Sino Ocean Landscape is a sales centre interior in Mawei District, Fuzhou, China, an area known as the cradle of Chinese shipping culture. The design combines Western aesthetics with local shipping heritage and the character of East Fujian. A symmetrical layout of black metal lines is paired with large areas of wood veneer and light grey marble, forming a simple yet grand space. Warm yellow lighting enriches the colours and adds a calm mood. Ship models and water-themed ornaments recall the local culture. The front display area covers about 510 square metres.
Sino Ocean Landscape Sale Centre by Xiamen Yitian Design Co., Ltd. was highlighted as an outstanding illustration of architectural design by the A' Design Award. Sino Ocean Landscape Sale Centre received the Silver A' Design Award in Interior Space and Exhibition Design in 2020. The A' Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design Award is a highly prestigious, international, juried design competition that honors outstanding design of residential interiors, restaurants, hotels, offices, galleries, retail stores, showrooms, exhibition spaces and more.
