Attitude Toward Life
Attitude Toward Life is a residential interior design created inside a house that is fifteen years old. The cabinets follow the concept of a cross. Partitions between the living room, the dining area and the study room were rearranged to form an open and transparent view. Simple colors and natural materials are used. Wood, cement surfaces and an irregular patchwork of hexagon tiles with wood flooring shape the character of the rooms. The ceiling was left plain, and the pipes remain exposed and ordered for easy repair. Continuous windows bring natural light into the shared areas.
Attitude Toward Life Residential Space by LIN TSU CHAO was featured as an exceptional representation of architectural design by the A' Design Awards. Attitude Toward Life Residential Space received the Iron A' Design Award in Interior Space and Exhibition Design in 2020. The A' Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design Award is a juried, academic and highly prestigious design accolade which celebrates outstanding design of residential interiors, restaurants, hotels, offices, galleries, retail stores, showrooms, exhibition spaces and more.
