Autumn of Freedom
Autumn of Freedom is a residential interior design located in Taichung, Taiwan. The home covers 370 square meters on a high floor and has floor-to-ceiling windows that admit strong daylight. Dark tones, brown wood veneers, floors and furniture are used to soften the bright interior and create a calm atmosphere. Bronze mirrors, metal lighting and balanced spatial proportions further temper the sunlight. Wood, shell, metal and leather are combined to give the public and private areas a mature and serene character inspired by autumn.
Autumn of Freedom Residential House by Wei Chiang Liao has been selected as a grand representation of architectural design by the A' Design Award & Competition. Autumn of Freedom Residential House earned the Bronze A' Design Award in Interior Space and Exhibition Design in 2020. The A' Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design Award is a highly prestigious, international, juried design prize that celebrates excellent design of residential interiors, restaurants, hotels, offices, galleries, retail stores, showrooms, exhibition spaces and more.
