Rhythm
Rhythm is a living room interior design created for a home in a busy urban area. The design is based on linear forms, neutral colors and precise geometry, which together create a calm atmosphere. An enclosed botanical terrarium of high transparency structural glass acts as the main divider of the space. The terrarium contains concealed climate control and spectrum specific lighting. Ceilings and walls carry custom wooden panels with recessed linear lighting. Modular low seating completes the 48 square meter area.
Rhythm Living Room by Zeynel Çağlar AYANOĞLU has been selected as a grand illustration of architectural design by the A' Design Awards. Rhythm Living Room received the Iron A' Design Award in Interior Space and Exhibition Design in 2026. The A' Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design Award is an international, juried, academic and meritocratic design prize which recognizes outstanding design of residential interiors, restaurants, hotels, offices, galleries, retail stores, showrooms, exhibition spaces and more.
