Xloop
Xloop is a shopping mall interior located in the Xiongan start-up district. The project covers 80000 square meters, is centered around a lake, and links 12 architectural clusters above ground. Seventeen sunken plazas serve as entry points and unify the spread-out spaces through a single design language. Along the loop corridor, three thematic spaces are connected: the garden of light, the world of tomorrow, and a Tang inspired gathering area. The garden of light follows the 24 Chinese solar terms and the cycle of the four seasons.
Xloop Shopping Mall by Shen Junwei was highlighted as an innovative illustration of architectural design by the A' Design Award & Competition. Xloop Shopping Mall earned the Bronze A' Design Award in Interior Space and Exhibition Design in 2025. The A' Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design Award is a highly prestigious, international, juried design competition which honors exceptional design of residential interiors, restaurants, hotels, offices, galleries, retail stores, showrooms, exhibition spaces and more.
