Yenikoy House
Yenikoy House is a residential interior design project located in Istanbul, Turkey. The home covers 250 square meters and includes an 80 square meter terrace. The layout has four rooms, with two bedrooms, a gym area, a living area and a kitchen. The design is shaped around the city view, so residents can sense the surrounding city from inside. The furniture was kept simple to keep the focus on the view outside. Tadelakt, a natural and breathable ecological material, was applied to the walls and the ceiling.
Yenikoy House Interior Design by Chiara de Rocchi was highlighted as an exceptional illustration of architectural design by the A' Design Award & Competition. Yenikoy House Interior Design earned the Bronze A' Design Award in Interior Space and Exhibition Design in 2025. The A' Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design Award is a highly prestigious, international, juried design prize that celebrates outstanding design of residential interiors, restaurants, hotels, offices, galleries, retail stores, showrooms, exhibition spaces and more.
