Future is Boundless
Future Is Boundless is a residential building in Taiwan. The design combines four principles: frame, mass, balcony and trims. Proportional division turns the large volume into slender vertical forms, creating a frame structure and a distinctive roof. A one to one to one spatial ratio gives the massing a coordinated rhythm. Exterior materials include ivory aluminum cladding, dark granite, glazed tiles and laminated glass. Shared facilities include a swimming pool, a gym, a library and a yoga room. Open interior spaces support contact among residents.
Future is Boundless Residence by PTW Architects has been featured as a grand example of architectural design by the A' Design Award. Future is Boundless Residence received the Iron A' Design Award in Construction and Real Estate Projects Design in 2024. The A' Construction and Real Estate Projects Design Award is an international, meritocratic, just and fair design recognition program which recognizes superior design of residential complexes, commercial buildings, industrial properties, Mixed-Use developments, hospitality establishments, educational facilities, healthcare centers, infrastructure projects and more.
