Arup Taipei
Arup Taipei is an office interior created for the regional office of an international engineering company in Taipei. The plan covers 283 square meters and includes a reception, an open working area with more than forty desks, meeting rooms, a pantry, a bar area and a breastfeeding room. Bright orange and red brand colors are painted on four columns near the entrance, where the company mark is placed. Cement-textured walls and hanging strip lights refer to design, engineering and construction. A green moss wall in the reception area expresses sustainable design.
Arup Taipei Office Interior by Daisuke Nagatomo and Minnie Jan has been featured as an outstanding example of architectural design by the A' Design Awards. Arup Taipei Office Interior was awarded the Bronze A' Design Award in Interior Space and Exhibition Design in 2024. The A' Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design Award is an international, jury-voted, fair and ethical design award that recognizes superior design of residential interiors, restaurants, hotels, offices, galleries, retail stores, showrooms, exhibition spaces and more.
