Villa Time
Villa Time is a residential interior design for a two-story house in Miaoli, Taiwan. Each floor covers 165 square meters, and the outdoor courtyard and garage cover 230 square meters. The entryway is finished with black wood texture on the facade and ceiling, set off by a stone skin coating that is applied and carved layer by layer. Warm linear light and an orange cabinet add contrast. The living room, dining room and kitchen remain open to one another to support gatherings of a family of three generations.
Villa Time Residence by TZU CHENG HUANG has been selected as a creative representation of architectural design by the A' Design Awards. Villa Time Residence was awarded the Bronze A' Design Award in Interior Space and Exhibition Design in 2024.
