Marina South
Marina South is an apartment renovation located in Hong Kong. The existing layout was decluttered to create a more ample space and to increase natural light. Corridors and unnecessary circulation were removed, so the living and dining areas blend into one another. Glass doors give direct access to the terraces and connect indoor and outdoor living. Full-height double-glazed sliding doors separate two bedrooms and can be opened during the day. Barrier-free access and durable, hygienic materials support the future needs of the residents.
Marina South Residential Flat by Eva Wong Architects Ltd. was highlighted as a creative representation of architectural design by the A' Design Award & Competition. Marina South Residential Flat was awarded the Iron A' Design Award in Interior Space and Exhibition Design in 2024. The A' Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design Award is a highly prestigious, international, juried design accolade that recognizes excellent design of residential interiors, restaurants, hotels, offices, galleries, retail stores, showrooms, exhibition spaces and more.
