Realm of Inspiration
Realm of Inspiration is an office interior design for a workspace of 66 square meters in Hsinchu, Taiwan. The layout is divided into an office area, a team discussion area and a pantry. Wood, aluminium-framed glass panels, metal elements, artistic coating and system cabinets define the spatial textures. The original pipelines and the raw wall texture are kept. Slightly elevated flooring separates the office area from the aisle. The team discussion area faces the window for natural light. Existing furniture is renovated and reused to reduce waste.
Realm of Inspiration Studio by Jia Ru Chen has been recognized as an outstanding example of architectural design by the A' Design Award & Competition. Realm of Inspiration Studio earned the Bronze A' Design Award in Interior Space and Exhibition Design in 2022. The A' Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design Award is an international, jury-voted, fair and ethical design prize that celebrates outstanding design of residential interiors, restaurants, hotels, offices, galleries, retail stores, showrooms, exhibition spaces and more.
