Shaoxing IFC Tower
Shaoxing IFC Tower is an office interior design for a landmark high-rise building in Shaoxing, China. The tower rises 168 metres over 26 floors and covers 55,000 square metres, with 2,400 square metres on each typical office floor. The entrance lobby has a floor height of 11.7 metres and includes a cafe for short breaks. Interior surfaces combine large slabs of white marble with rows of natural textured stone, framed in gold bronze metal. Local architectural motifs are simplified into modern geometric forms.
Shaoxing IFC Tower Office by Zhuhai Huafa Properties Co., Ltd. has been identified as an outstanding representation of architectural design by the A' Design Awards. Shaoxing IFC Tower Office earned the Bronze A' Design Award in Interior Space and Exhibition Design in 2021. The A' Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design Award is an international, jury-voted, fair and ethical design competition which recognizes exceptional design of residential interiors, restaurants, hotels, offices, galleries, retail stores, showrooms, exhibition spaces and more.
