Winner Land Mansion
Winner Land Mansion is a sales center for a residential property in Tianjin, China. The interior serves as a sand table display area, a negotiation area and a lounge. A wave-shaped installation hangs above the sand table area and gives the space an artistic character. Natural light enters through large glass surfaces and links people, nature and the building. The tea tasting area combines books with a lattice wall. The bar lounge uses wood with light and shadow effects. The children's area uses bright colors.
Winner Land Mansion Sales Center by Grace Kwai was identified as a grand example of architectural design by the A' Design Awards. Winner Land Mansion Sales Center earned the Bronze A' Design Award in Interior Space and Exhibition Design in 2021. The A' Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design Award is a juried, academic and highly prestigious design competition that recognizes exceptional design of residential interiors, restaurants, hotels, offices, galleries, retail stores, showrooms, exhibition spaces and more.
