Monad Terrace
Monad Terrace is a residential apartment interior located in Miami Beach. The residence is the first completed home within a building by Ateliers Jean Nouvel and developer JDS Development Group. The apartment measures 5,193 square feet in total, with 3,350 square feet of interior space and 1,843 square feet of exterior space. The interior design fuses interior design and fashion design in order to humanize the space. Furniture was selected exclusively from the Jean Paul Gaultier collection for Roche Bobois. The project was completed in January 2020.
Monad Terrace Residential Apartment by Rita Chraibi was selected as an innovative example of architectural design by the A' Design Award. Monad Terrace Residential Apartment was awarded the Iron A' Design Award in Interior Space and Exhibition Design in 2021. The A' Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design Award is a juried, academic and highly prestigious design competition that celebrates superior design of residential interiors, restaurants, hotels, offices, galleries, retail stores, showrooms, exhibition spaces and more.
