The Loft
The Loft is a residential apartment interior located in Singapore. The apartment measures 52 square meters and has a ceiling height of 4 meters. The wall between the two bedrooms was removed so the space feels wider and more open. Space planning follows a vertical approach, and the sleeping area is placed on a loft above. The loft is cantilevered with a hollow section, so no columns appear at the wardrobe. A glass panel divides the living and sleeping areas and limits sound from the television.
The Loft Residential Apartment by Elpis Interior Design Pte Ltd was selected as an innovative representation of architectural design by the A' Design Award & Competition. The Loft Residential Apartment received the Iron A' Design Award in Interior Space and Exhibition Design in 2021. The A' Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design Award is an international, jury-voted, fair and ethical design award that rewards excellent design of residential interiors, restaurants, hotels, offices, galleries, retail stores, showrooms, exhibition spaces and more.
