Urban Rhythm
Urban Rhythm is a sales reception center interior in New Taipei City, Taiwan. The exterior is based on a hexagon grid, a simple natural pattern that frames views and reduces direct sunlight and indoor heat gain. The greeting hall on the first floor is finished with beige travertine, teak cubes, wood grating and soft lighting, forming a warm and calm setting. The second floor is used for meetings and hospitality, and black metal and glass partitions divide the areas. The design combines Eastern and Western forms within a limited site and a building height restriction.
