Lusso

Lusso is a cafe interior located in the skyscraper district of Seoul, Korea. The design combines natural materials with modern urban elements. Stone, brick, wood and steel form the main finishes, and these materials gain unique hues as they age and are touched by human hands. Small gardens are placed between the seating areas to offer a visual pause from city life. Curved partitions of bent steel are covered with fabric that softly diffuses light. Wooden louvers on the facade and the counter recall Eastern lattice work. The total area is 230 square meters.

The Ktown4u Coex store is themed Journey to the New Kpop Universe and represents a space journey toward the Ktown4u planet, the landmark of Kpop. The design boldly uses primitive and simple materials such as metal, lighting, and stone spray, while incorporating the geometric meanings of curves and straight lines to express an elemental cosmic space. The movable walls and furniture create various spatial transformations, allowing global fans to have experiences.

Titanium coated metal, metallic paint and large tiles are used throughout. Separate bedrooms on opposite sides of the social area reduce disturbance between family members.

Shiroyama

The main theme of the project is interpenetration and interconnection. The design combines metaphors and cultural symbols of Kazakh and Japanese culture. The theme of the Ryoanji Rock Garden and Wabi Sabi is harmoniously intertwined with the sacred Baiterek tree and the stylized Bozzhira mountain range. The surrounding nature penetrates into the interior in the form of stones taken from the shore, sofas stylized as boulders and fills the space with light reflected from the metal ceiling, as well as a natural range of materials.

Retro Palais

Rooted in a historic building in Istanbul, this design takes inspiration from the commanding presence of a magnolia tree at its center. It blends traditional architectural forms with modern lines, creating a refined and nostalgic atmosphere. A natural palette of walnut, oak, black, and white anchors the space, while green, burgundy, and cream add a retro warmth. With materials like wood, marble, and iron, a calm, balanced aesthetic emerges. High ceilings and contextual sensitivity help the project seamlessly connect past and present.
